Businesses and individual service providers must achieve accreditation approval status from our investigators before they are added to our directory. The first step in this process is to Create an Application using the options above and that application will be sent to our administrative team whom reviews all relevant company details, consensual documentation and required applicant fees. This information is then forwarded to our investigators whom immediately begin their investigation.

Their aim is to verify the details provided by the business or individual service provider about their background and operations. In addition, they are responsible for discovering additional information that were not provided by applicants to our administrative team. Information such as credit standing, previous and present legal proceedings, required licenses and certifications, customer experiences, etc. are obtained from the relevant authorities which include the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service, Chambers of Commerce, Banking Institutions, Credit Bureaus, Regulatory Bodies, Customers, etc., and is later compiled and reviewed.

If our team of investigators conclude that the applicant has a history of conducting ethical, reliable and favourable business practices, they are approved. If an unfavourable conclusion is derived, they are not approved. Successful applicants are informed of this and all remaining fees are paid. Additional information from the applicant is collected and their listing is created on the BBTT platform. They must maintain a high level of integrity and favourable performance to remain listed. Failure to do so will result in their removal from the platform. Consumers on our platform can review the businesses listed and Report complaints which once verified will be investigated.
