He is a devout family man who has strong family values and is a very trustworthy and competent individual. I have known him for a very long time, and he is very passionate about his job.

ii) Brent Chung: I have known Hemant Bansee for the past twelve or thirteen years. He was a sales representative who worked with me for about four years at a chemical company before branching out on his own. He is very reliable and trustworthy and is a loyal husband and father. During his tenure of employment with me, he was given difficult tasks in underperforming areas and brought them back to fruition which added to the success of the company. Now that he is on his own in the air condition industry, I know that he continues to operate with the same vigor and zest as he did years ago.

iii) Fidelis McLeod: I worked with Hemant Bansee in 2015 at Kemicals Worldwide and I have found him to be a driven, focused individual who was punctual, had a very excellent work ethic, and worked extremely well by himself. He has owned his own air-conditioning business for the past few years, and I know that he is very dedicated to his job.

B) Community Profile

Went to the applicant’s area located at Freeport on 14/10/2023 and spoke to one of his neighbours namely Farah Shah who stated that she has known him for the past seven years living in the area. She says that he is an AC technician by trade and is employed. He is not a troublemaker and is a law-abiding citizen. Also spoke to another neighbour named Nazrudeen Shah, who also corroborated that Hemant is an upstanding citizen and isn’t involved in any illegal activities. He confirmed that he has been living in the area for the past six or seven years after getting married to a relative in the area.
