A) Reference Check -

i) Seemungal Ramcharan: I have known Crystal for the past few years, and she is a very innovative and capable individual who came from humble beginnings. She is a go-getter who has no problem doing menial tasks. She continues to work for me and although she faces many challenges, she continues to function at high standards. She has expressed to me several times that she is interested in the establishment of a daycare or kindergarten, and she has my full support.

ii) Asim Williams: Crystal used to work for me about two years ago and sadly I had to let her go as I had to close my business (Phats International) just after the COVID restrictions were lifted. She was a young, vibrant, energetic individual who was a very reliable and trustworthy employee. I have no hesitation in hiring her or recommending her for the future.

B) Community Profile -

Went to the address where the applicant resides at San Fernando on 04/11/2023 and spoke to one of her neighbours named Annagrette Branker who described the applicant as a hard-working individual and who lives alone with her ailing father. She also described her as a quiet, reserved young lady whom she has known all her life. I also spoke to a man named Kurt who stated that the applicant was an ambitious, family-oriented, respectful, and dedicated young lady who strives to make something of herself and in doing so take herself out of poor circumstances. Her father is ailing and requires dialysis four times a week and she alone is caring for him.
